1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
1 cup Milk (almond and coconut milk work well too)
(makes a single serving)
Heat the milk on medium heat until bubbles start to form around the edge of the pot. Remove the milk from heat and stir in chocolate chips until they have melted into a syrup. Pour white chocolate syrup mixture into a glass and stir in 2 ounces of Icebox. Add whipped cream and sprinkling of cocoa powder.
