A refreshing spring time coffee drink to keep you cool and refreshed!
3 Ounces Icebox New Orleans Style Concentrate
1 cup of half and half cream
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1. Add sugar, ground cardamom, and cream to a saucepan over medium heat. Heat and stir occasionally until the mixture comes to a simmer. This new syrup-mixture can be used for more than one Thai iced coffee or it can be added to hot coffee drinks in the future so save the leftovers in a mason jar in the fridge. You can thank me later.
2. Fill a glass with ice and one third of the cardamom milk. Very gently pour the coffee concentrate on top of the milk to give it the layered appearance.
