Icebox Coffee Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls are all the rage on Instagram - surely, you've seen them: beautiful, vibrant, mystical bowls full of nutrient dense toppings and occasionally something you have to Google. Our smoothie bowl is simple, classic and can be sweetened to suit your tastes. Greek yogurt gives it an extra protein punch. Your favorite toppings make it yours.


1 banana, frozen

1/2 cup vanilla almond milk

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 oz. Icebox Coffee Concentrate of your choice

1/2 tablespoon honey, agave nectar or sweetener of choice (optional)

Fruit, chia seeds, nuts, coconut shavings, toppings of choice



Add banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, Icebox Coffee and sweetener in a blender and combine.. Pour into a bowl and top with banana chips, fruit, nuts, coconut shavings, chia seeds or other toppings that make for a beautiful, nutritious smoothie bowl. Enjoy!



Icebox Coffee Mocha Protein Shake

It's January, and for many of us, we're trying to find ways to incorporate delicious, nutritious staples back into our diet after enjoying ourselves over the holidays. Adding a filling and caffeinated smoothie to your morning routine is a quick way to start the day off on the right foot.

We got an email from Icebox drinker Cathy, who loves to make a mocha protein shake to jumpstart her day. Thanks, Cathy, for inspiring this recipe!



1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder

1 banana, frozen

1 ounce Icebox Coffee Magic City Mocha Concentrate (or more, if you want an extra pep)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Optional: chia seeds, spinach/kale/your favorite greens, oats



Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Magic City Milk Punch

Last week, we debuted our newest flavor, Magic City Mocha. Icebox Coffee is brewed in Birmingham, Alabama, also known as 'The Magic City', and we wanted to share Birmingham's magic! A city rich in history and Southern hospitality, Birmingham has experienced an explosion of culture and food innovation in recent years, and we are so lucky to call it home.

To celebrate, we're sipping on this classic Southern cocktail: milk punch with a twist! Milk punch is commonly served with brunch or as a holiday treat, but we won't tell anyone if you whip one up right at cocktail hour. Add our Magic City Mocha concentrate for a rich, creamy drink with enough sweetness to satisfy all tastes. Simply adjust the sweetness to match your preferences.


1 & 1/4 ounce bourbon

1/2 ounce dark rum

2 ounces milk, cream or half & half

2 & 1/2 ounces Icebox Coffee Magic City Mocha Concentrate

1/2 ounce simple syrup (to taste)

Dash of cinnamon or nutmeg


Combine all ingredients except for cinnamon/nutmeg in a cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with ice, and dust with cinnamon/nutmeg.
